A few things to know so every visit runs smoothly — for you, and for every guest after you.
Reservation
To make a reservation at Massage Bliss Med Spa, please get in touch with our staff directly at our location or book an appointment online. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Appointment Cancellation & Late Policy
Our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all members and guests. If you miss, cancel, or change your appointment outside this designated time, you will be charged 50% of the total of your scheduled services. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling (charges may apply). To cancel or change your appointment, please call the spa directly.
Health Considerations
For your highest level of comfort, please advise our staff upon booking of any allergies, ailments, or conditions you may have, especially if you have high blood pressure or if you are pregnant. Our spa assistants will gladly advise you on which treatments best suit your needs. In order for us to make an appropriate recommendation, kindly complete the spa consultation form. We strongly recommend avoiding alcoholic beverages before, during, or directly after any treatments.
Pre-Arrival
Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, depending on availability, your appointment might be shortened so that the therapist is on time for the next appointment. Thus, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved appointment for pre-treatment consultation.
Age Requirements
Age requirements for receiving spa services vary by state and local law. Massage Bliss Med Spa strictly complies with such laws. In the event there is not a specific regulation in your area, our policy is as follows:
- No one under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian.
- For children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room, and for all minor children the parent must remain on the premises during services.
- Must be over the age of 12 to receive most services, including Teen Facials, Cryotherapy, Body Wraps, etc.
- Children under 12 can receive light Swedish Massages, Nutrition Consultation, and Chiropractic care with the certified staff.
- A general waiver of liability and a Consultation form, where applicable, must be signed by anyone receiving services at the spa. Please show up 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the required paperwork.
